Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MB “Okprinta” processes personal data when you use the website, submit an enquiry or subscribe to our newsletter. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. What data we collect and why

  • Enquiries and quotations. Name, email address, telephone number, selected service, quantity, enquiry text and attachments. We use these to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and fulfil your order. The legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract and performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Newsletter. Your email address is used to send news and special offers. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
  • Technical data. Your IP address and the time of your request are used for a short period to protect the website and forms against spam and abuse, and are also stored in server logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in ensuring website security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Accounting data. If you place an order, company or personal details shown on invoices are processed to comply with legal requirements (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

3. How long we retain data

  • Enquiries that do not result in an order: up to 2 years after the last correspondence.
  • Order and accounting documents: for the period required by accounting legislation (usually 10 years).
  • Newsletter email addresses: until you unsubscribe.
  • Server logs: no longer than 30 days.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed only by service providers acting as our data processors: our website and database hosting provider (servers in the European Union), our email service provider, and couriers, solely to the extent necessary to deliver an order. We may provide data to public authorities where required by law. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

5. Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies or third-party tracking tools on this website. We use only cookies necessary for the website to function (for example, for signing in to the administration system), so consent is not required for these cookies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and obtain a copy;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of data (the “right to be forgotten”);
  • restrict processing or object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • receive the data you have provided in a structured format (data portability);
