Logo balloons for events, trade fairs and openings – from 500 pcs. 23, 27 and 30 cm sizes, various colours and print options. Supplied uninflated; sticks with cups can be ordered separately.

Orders start at 500 pcs. We sell uninflated printed balloons; we do not offer air or helium inflation services.

Price per unit excluding VAT · standard / Pastel collection · one-colour printing on one side. Minimum order: 500 pcs; you can also enquire about quantities of 500 or more not listed in the table. Multi-colour printing has a higher minimum quantity. Two or more print colours, full-colour and double-sided printing, other collections and heart-shaped balloons are quoted on request. From 10,000 pcs: individual quote. Artwork preparation from €10 + VAT per order; sticks with cups and delivery are charged separately.

Production takes approximately 6–7 business days after artwork approval and payment. Shipping time is additional.
Paper sticks with cups
If you will be handing the balloons out to visitors, you can additionally order white paper sticks with cups. They are not included in the balloon price.
Stick length – 35 cm. A set costs €0.15 + VAT, minimum order – 500 sets. The sticks and cups are not printed.
How to choose logo balloons
Sizes and use
23 cm (EV23) balloons are a compact choice for handing out on sticks. 27 cm (EV27) is a larger option for sticks or helium. If you plan to fill the balloons with helium yourself or through another provider, we recommend 30 cm (EV30). Other sizes and heart-shaped options are confirmed on request.
Balloon colours and collections
Choose from standard / Pastel collection, transparent, metallic, chrome-effect, soft pastel shade and heart-shaped balloons. We confirm the availability of specific colours and models before ordering.
You can combine different balloon colours from the same type / collection in one order: Pastel with Pastel, Chrome with Chrome. With the same logo and print colour, combining balloon colours does not change the price.
Print options
The price table applies to standard / Pastel balloons with one-colour printing on one side. Multi-colour, full-colour and double-sided printing, and other collections are quoted individually. Multi-colour printing requires a higher minimum quantity, confirmed for the chosen print option and artwork.
What to include in your enquiry
- Balloon quantity and size.
- Collection and colours; for mixed colours, the quantity per colour.
- Number of print colours and printing on one or both sides.
- Whether you need sticks with cups.
- Delivery country, city and requested arrival date.
Attach a vector AI or vector PDF logo file. If you only have a photo or another format, send it for assessment. If you are unsure which option to choose, tell us how you will use the balloons.
