PET – standard polyester; rPET – recycled polyester. 1 – single-sided, 2 – double-sided printing. Prices €/piece excluding VAT; delivery and packaging are not included. Double-sided rPET and other quantities: price on request.
Sizes and printing options
Minimum order: 100 pieces. Sizes: 100 × 150 mm and 170 × 180 mm. Full-colour sublimation printing: with single-sided printing, the reverse remains white; with double-sided printing, both sides are printed.
100 × 150 mm is the more compact option. 170 × 180 mm offers more space for your design. Single-sided printing suits one logo or visual; double-sided printing makes use of both sides.
Polyester or rPET
The standard option is 100% polyester, 220 g/m². rPET is a recycled polyester alternative, primarily offered with single-sided printing.
Individual packaging in a separate polyethylene bag: +€0.15 per piece, excluding VAT.
Artwork requirements
CDR, PDF or EPS; convert text to outlines. Raster graphics: CMYK, recommended 300 dpi at 1:1 scale. Text height: at least 1.5 mm; lines and objects: at least 0.3 mm thick.
For double-sided printing, a more solid design on the reverse is recommended to reduce show-through. You can also choose single-sided printing and leave the reverse white.
Production time and delivery
Up to 2,000 pieces: approximately 8 working days after artwork approval and payment, plus shipping time. Lead times for larger quantities are confirmed individually. Delivery is charged separately according to the order and destination.
For screens with special coatings, follow the device manufacturer’s care instructions.
